We work in a variety of popular technologies, and you don’t necessarily need direct experience of these to join us.
We’re looking for creative developers, problem solvers, technology enthusiasts, collaborators.
You will have a keen interest in modern software engineering practices and a desire to learn about, and possibly even contribute to, advances in the industry.
Whether you are you an experienced functional programmer, have experimented with it as a hobby, or are completely new to it, if we’re a good fit we’ll give you the time and support you need to get up to speed.
We are actively seeking to increase our team’s diversity and welcome applications from those from all walks of life.
We use Haskell and Vue to develop the applications you’ll be working on.
These are enterprise applications capable of planning and running large scale passenger railways.
Our software is cloud based, distributed and highly available.
We use GitLab for our code repository, run continuous integration and to operate continuous delivery pipelines.
We support our developers speaking directly to customers to develop relationships and understand first hand where the software fits into their jobs.
Automated testing is vital to give end users confidence in our software and to give us the agility to deliver valuable features at the right time.
You’ll join a diverse team with a friendly, relaxed, and professional culture.
Our approach is collaborative, both internally and externally.
We are supportive and helpful to our colleagues and believe passionately in delivering a great service to our customers.
We respect fresh ideas and creative solutions that will enhance the whole team.
We have moved to a primarily remote, hybrid model as the world adapts to life during and after the pandemic.
We still value the relationships built by meeting in person and all teams are encouraged to do this regularly when possible.
