Customer Product Support Manager

Based in either Leeds, Manchester or Derby
• Salary: £28,000 – £45,000 + Pension + Bonus + LTIP
• Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Contract Type: Permanent contract

The Role

We are currently recruiting a Customer Product Support Manager into our Leeds, Manchester or Derby team, which is a critical role within our business and will build upon and further develop key working relationships with the end users of our TRACS products and their managers.

The ideal candidate will have specialist knowledge of industry train planning, diagramming and rostering environment as well as a commitment to customer satisfaction. This role would suit an individual with train planning, diagramming or rostering expertise.

The ideal candidate will promote a good understanding of the benefits of Tracsis’s products to the end user and be able to train the end users in a non-complex and professional way. Another key part to the role is to be able to understand rail industry technical terms and be able to relay them to customers and colleagues in a clear and concise manner. The Customer Product Support Manager will be the key link between the Tracsis team and the users of our software.

Key responsibilities will include:

Meeting our end users, forming effective, personable working relationships, understanding user needs and feeding this information back to enhance our software offerings, whilst providing training to ensure best use and benefit of the suite.
